2023 De Lancellotti ‘Famiglia’ Pinot Noir- BTG 15$ BTL $55
The 2023 ‘Famiglia’ comes from the Dundee Hills AVA. Smoldering stones and red rose petals mark the nose alongside suggestions of mandarin orange zest and pomegranate seed. The palate is fresh and beautifully textured, showing copious minerals and a smooth texture. Juicy and lively, enjoy this medium-bodied Pinot Noir now and over the next few years. Drink 2025-2032- 91
2021 De Lancellotti ‘Mio Figlia’ Pinot Noir - BTG $17 BTL $80
The big and unabashedly bold warm vintage 2021 ‘Mio Figlio’ underwent whole cluster fermentation and then underwent Carbonic maceration for three days. Entirely Wadenswil clonal selection Pinot Noir, this offers a seamless, almost oily texture with plenty of weight and finesse. Bright red fruits parade with lemon rind, pine needles and suggestions of baking spice dusted wild mushroom on the palate. This is very vibrant Pinot Noir that has only started to hit its stride. Give this another year in the bottle. Drink 2023-2033- 93
