Crux Fermentation Project is housed in a former AAMCO Transmission Plant and inspired by their location right in the heart of Bend, Oregon. The brewery is a one-of-a-kind, built for non-traditional brewing methods like decoction mashing, open fermentation and barrel aging, and for leveraging the limitless possibilities that wild yeast strains and experimental hops present. We will be hosting them at Red Hills Market on September 19 for our monthly tap takeover event. In addition to samples of their delicious beers, we will be serving pulled pork sandwiches with spicy slaw and house pickles.
